Themis Polizos is a Certified Public Accountant, Partner and head of Outsourcing services at Mazars in Greece. He has over 21 years of proven experience, he holds a degree in Economics from the University of Athens, and he is certified by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece (SOEL) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

He has participated in many audits of companies, statutory audits, financial audits, special audits (due diligence, prospective financial information). He has been responsible for drawing up numerous business plans for listed and unlisted corporate groups and has also been responsible for preparing the consolidated financial statements (under either IFRS or GAAP) for various groups of companies in Greece.

Themis is leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Finance Function Transformation services in Greece. He has considerable experience in a number of industries including renewables, construction, manufacturing and retail. Themis has the overall responsibility for the delivery of Mazars’ finance and accounting outsourcing, finance function transformation and management information reporting services.
