Christos Pitsounis Director

Christos Pitsounis is the Director of Financial Advisory Services of Mazars in Greece. He is a Certified Public Accountant, certified by ELTE and member of ACCA with more than 17 years of experience in Audit and Financial Advisory services.

During his career he was responsible for auditing and advisory services in Greek and multinational companies. He specializes in fraud investigation projects, provision of specialized services in litigation and disputes, support in acquisitions and mergers, preparing and reviewing of business plans and in the statutory audit of financial statements in compliance with Greek Accounting Standards and IFRS.

His expertise is in the sectors of energy, shipping, construction, tourism, gambling, manufacturing, trade, services and sports corporations.

He is an ACCA member, holds an MSc in Applied Economics and Finance and a degree in International and European Economic Studies from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
